# Reports

> Upload radiology reports and send them to patients on WhatsApp automatically

The Reports page lists every intake whose status is **Ready** - meaning the radiologist has finished reading and the report is ready to go out.

Navigate to **Dashboard → Radiology → Reports**.

## Sending a report

Each ready intake shows the patient's name, phone, scans, and arrival time.

    Upload the PDF (or image) report to the intake card.

  <Step title="Kashfy sends it on WhatsApp">
    The file goes out immediately with a short cover message. No manual send step.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Status moves to Delivered">
    The intake leaves the Reports queue and is marked delivered in the patient's history.

  If the patient didn't provide a phone at intake, the report is stored but not sent. Add a phone later or hand the report over in person.

## Viewing past reports

Delivered reports stay attached to the patient's record. Open a patient from **Patients** to see every scan they've ever had and download prior reports.
