# Reviews

> See patient feedback on your doctors and reply where it matters

The Reviews section is where patient ratings and comments land - one place to read what people are saying about your clinic and respond.

Navigate to **Dashboard → Reviews**.

## What a review looks like

Each review card shows:

* **Star rating** - 1 to 5 stars
* **Doctor** the review was left for
* **Patient name and phone** - so you can follow up if needed
* **Comment** - the patient's written feedback
* **Date** the review was submitted

Click the patient's name to open their record for a full history.

## Hiding a review

If a review is inappropriate, off-topic, or the patient asked you to remove it, toggle it hidden. Hidden reviews stay visible to you (with reduced opacity) but no longer count toward the doctor's public rating.

  Kashfy doesn't let you edit or delete reviews - only hide them. This keeps the record honest: nothing is ever quietly rewritten.

## Where reviews come from

Reviews come in through the same WhatsApp thread the AI agent uses. After an appointment, patients receive a follow-up asking for feedback. Their rating and comment flow straight into this page.

  Ratings drive doctor visibility in your website widget - highly-rated doctors are recommended first. Encourage happy patients to leave feedback.
