# Settings Overview

> A guide to every section in Kashfy settings and what you can configure in each one

Settings in Kashfy are organized into sections, accessible from the left sidebar on desktop or a horizontal tab strip on mobile. Navigate to **Dashboard → Settings** to get started.

## Settings sections

| Section                  | Who sees it                | What it controls                                       |

| **Personal**             | Everyone                   | Your name, avatar, and phone number                    |
| **Organization**         | Everyone                   | Clinic/lab profile, addresses, working hours, branding |
| **Modules**              | Owner only                 | Enable Lab or Radiology Centre modules                 |
| **Insurance & Partners** | Labs and radiology centres | Which insurance companies each branch accepts          |
| **Widget**               | Clinic plan (Team+)        | Website chat widget installation and customization     |
| **Notifications**        | Everyone                   | Browser push and WhatsApp notification preferences     |
| **App**                  | Everyone                   | Install Kashfy as a PWA on your device                 |
| **Subscription**         | Everyone                   | Current plan, monthly usage, and projected cost        |
| **Billing**              | Everyone                   | Invoice history                                        |
| **Team**                 | Everyone                   | Invite and manage team members                         |

  The **Organization** section label changes based on your account type — it shows "Clinic" for clinic accounts, "Lab" for labs, and "Radiology Centre" for radiology accounts.

  **Insurance & Partners** only appears for accounts that include a lab or radiology centre. It is not shown for clinic-only accounts.

## Navigating settings

On desktop, the settings sidebar stays fixed on the left while the content scrolls independently. On mobile, settings sections appear as a horizontally scrollable tab strip at the top.

Settings always opens on **Personal** by default.
