Adding a doctor
Navigate to Dashboard → Doctors and click Add Doctor.1
Enter basic information
Fill in the doctor’s name in Arabic and English, their specialty, and a short bio (optional). The AI uses the name and specialty when discussing the doctor with patients.

Set the consultation fee
Enter the standard consultation fee in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The AI will share this when patients ask “how much does a session cost?”

Set appointment duration
Define how long each appointment lasts in minutes (e.g., 15, 20, 30). This determines how many slots are available per day.

Set working hours
Configure which days the doctor works and their start/end times for each day. See Doctor Schedules for details.

Assign to a branch (if applicable)
If your clinic has multiple branches, assign the doctor to their branch(es). Patients at each branch see only the doctors available there.

Editing a doctor
Click on any doctor in the list to open their profile and make changes. Changes take effect immediately — the AI will reflect updated fees, hours, and availability right away.Deactivating a doctor
If a doctor is temporarily unavailable (on leave, for example), you can deactivate them rather than deleting their profile. Deactivated doctors:- Will not appear in the AI’s available doctor list
- Will not have their slots offered to patients
- Retain all their profile data and past appointments
Deleting a doctor
Deleting a doctor removes their profile permanently. Their past appointments remain in the system linked to the patient records but the doctor slot is gone.Doctor Schedules
