Out-of-hours behavior
Out-of-hours behavior
Configure what the AI says when a patient contacts the clinic outside of working hours. Options include:
- Acknowledge and offer next available time (default)
- Only acknowledge and ask them to try again (if you don’t want off-hours bookings)
Best practices for WhatsApp continuity
- Keep the linked phone charged and connected to the internet. The WhatsApp session depends on the linked device maintaining connectivity.
- Do not open WhatsApp on the linked phone. If someone opens WhatsApp on the same number’s device, it may terminate the Kashfy session.
- Enable the “WhatsApp disconnected” notification so you’re alerted immediately if the session drops.
