The catalogue is your radiology center’s price list. Every scan you offer should live here - it makes intake faster and lets the AI agent quote accurate prices on WhatsApp.
Navigate to Dashboard → Radiology → Scans catalogue.
Adding a scan
Click New scan and fill in:
- Arabic name (required) - what patients see
- English name - shown to staff and in reports
- Code - your internal or CPT code (optional)
- Price (EGP) - what you charge
- Body part - chest, abdomen, brain, etc.
- Modality - X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, mammography, fluoroscopy
Bulk price adjustments
Use Adjust prices to move every active scan by a percentage in one step. Positive numbers raise, negative numbers lower. Only priced, active scans are affected - archived scans are skipped.
Prices update immediately. Kashfy shows how many scans will be affected before applying - review the count before you confirm.
Archiving scans
Toggle a scan inactive when you stop offering it. Historic intakes stay linked, but the scan disappears from the intake picker and from the AI agent’s answers.
What the AI does with the catalogue
When a patient asks “بكم أشعة الصدر؟” the AI reads this catalogue and quotes the exact price and modality. Keeping the catalogue current is the difference between the AI quoting real prices and quoting stale ones.
