Accessing clinic settings
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Clinic.General information
Clinic name
Clinic name
Your clinic’s name in Arabic and English. The AI uses the Arabic name in patient conversations. Both are required.
Specialty
Specialty
The primary medical specialty of your clinic. Helps the AI contextualize conversations (“We are a dermatology clinic…”).
Phone number
Phone number
The phone number the AI shares when patients ask to speak to someone directly. This should be your clinic’s public-facing phone line.
Description
Description
A short description of your clinic in Arabic and English. The AI may use this when patients ask general questions about your services.
Logo
Logo
Upload your clinic’s logo. It appears on the public-facing clinic page and (optionally) in the website widget.
Address & locations
Your clinic’s physical address is set here. For multi-branch clinics, each branch has its own address.- Street address — Full address including building number and street name
- Area — Select from the list of areas (used for patient-facing directions and search)
- Google Maps link — Optionally add a Google Maps URL so the AI can share a direct link with patients asking for directions
Working hours
Set your clinic’s overall operating hours. Individual doctor schedules are set separately (in Dashboard → Doctors) but cannot extend beyond the clinic’s working hours.Clinic readiness
The Readiness section shows you a checklist of what’s been configured and what’s still missing before you can go live. Items include:- Clinic profile complete
- At least one active doctor with working hours
- WhatsApp connected (or widget installed)
- Active subscription
The AI will not handle patient bookings until your clinic is considered “ready.” You can still test it in the AI test chat regardless.
