This guide walks you through everything you need to start taking bookings automatically — via WhatsApp and your website — using Kashfy’s AI receptionist.

What you’ll need

  • A WhatsApp number for your clinic (an existing number works fine)
  • Your clinic’s basic details (name, address, working hours)
  • At least one doctor with a defined schedule

1. Create your account

Go to kashfy.site and sign up. You start on a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
Sign up with your clinic’s email address so your team can easily be added later.

2. Set up your clinic profile

After signup, complete your clinic profile:

Enter clinic details

Add your clinic name in Arabic and English, your specialty, phone number, and address. The AI uses this information to answer patient questions.

Set your working hours

Define the days and hours your clinic is open. These become the outer bounds for all doctor schedules.

Add your location

Add your clinic’s address and area. When patients ask for directions, the AI shares this information with them.

3. Add your doctors

Navigate to Dashboard → Doctors and add your doctors:

Create a doctor profile

Enter the doctor’s name (Arabic and English), specialty, and consultation fee.

Set working hours

Define which days the doctor works and their available time slots. The AI will only book appointments within these hours.

Set appointment duration

Set how long each appointment lasts (e.g., 20 minutes). This controls the number of slots available per day.

4. Connect WhatsApp

Navigate to Dashboard → WhatsApp to connect your clinic’s WhatsApp number.
Kashfy supports connecting your existing WhatsApp number. Patients can message it directly, and the AI responds on your behalf.

5. Test your AI agent

Go to Dashboard → AI and use the built-in test chat to simulate a patient conversation. Try messages like:
  • “عايز أحجز مع الدكتور”
  • “امتى المواعيد المتاحة؟”
  • “كام سعر الكشف؟”
The AI should respond naturally in Egyptian Arabic and offer available time slots.

6. (Optional) Install the website widget

If you have a clinic website, add the booking widget so patients can book directly from it:
