Sending a report
Each ready intake shows the patient’s name, phone, scans, and arrival time.1
Attach the report file
Upload the PDF (or image) report to the intake card.

Kashfy sends it on WhatsApp
The file goes out immediately with a short cover message. No manual send step.

Status moves to Delivered
The intake leaves the Reports queue and is marked delivered in the patient’s history.
If the patient didn’t provide a phone at intake, the report is stored but not sent. Add a phone later or hand the report over in person.
