The Lab module is a full workflow for clinics that run their own lab: register walk-ins, price your test menu, and send results back to the patient over WhatsApp.
The Lab section only appears if your organization is set up as a lab (or has lab enabled alongside a clinic). Contact support if you don’t see it and expect to.

The lab dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard → Lab to see the day at a glance. Three summary cards up top:
  • Today’s total - how many walk-ins have been registered today
  • Pending - intakes waiting to be processed (sample not yet collected)
  • Results ready - cases with results uploaded and ready to hand over

Patient scans the branch QR (or you register them manually)

The QR sticker at your counter opens WhatsApp with a prefilled code. When the patient sends it, the intake is created and marked arrived automatically. If you’d rather add them yourself, use the New intake button on the intake queue.

Move the card through the workflow

On the intake card, tap the status pill to advance through the stages: pending → collected → processing → ready → delivered.

Upload the result

From the Results page (or the intake card), attach the result PDF. Kashfy sends it to the patient on WhatsApp automatically.
Set your prices once in the catalogue and every new intake picks them up automatically - no need to re-type totals for repeat tests.
