The P&L tab combines revenue and expenses into a bottom-line view. Use it to answer “did we make money this month?” and “where does the money go?” Navigate to Dashboard → Finance → P&L.

Summary

Three headline numbers for the selected date range:
  • Total revenue - all money in
  • Total expenses - all money out
  • Net profit - revenue minus expenses (green if positive, red if negative)

Expense breakdown

Below the summary, a bar chart shows how expenses split by category, with each category’s share as a percentage. This is the fastest way to spot the categories eating into your margin.
If one category is dominating your P&L unexpectedly, click through to Expenses and filter to that category to see what’s driving it.

Exporting

Export the P&L as a PDF or CSV for your accountant at year-end. The export respects the date range you have selected.
The P&L uses cash accounting - revenue is counted when the payment lands, expenses when they’re paid. This matches how most Egyptian clinics track their books.
