The Radiology module is a full workflow for clinics and centers that run imaging: X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and more. It mirrors the Lab module but tracks scans and reports instead of tests and results.
The Radiology section only appears if your organization is set up as a radiology center (or has radiology enabled alongside a clinic). Contact support if you don’t see it and expect to.

The radiology dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard → Radiology to see the day at a glance. Three summary cards up top:
  • Today’s total - scans registered today
  • Pending - scans waiting to be performed
  • Reports ready - scans whose reports are uploaded and ready to hand over

Typical day

Patient scans the branch QR (or you register them manually)

QR intake works the same way as the lab - see QR intake. Manual registration is available from the intake queue.

Move the card through the workflow

Advance the intake through pending → collected → processing → ready → delivered as the scan progresses.

Upload the report

Attach the report file. Kashfy sends it to the patient on WhatsApp automatically.
Radiology and Lab intakes share the same branch-level counter view when both are enabled - one queue, two card types, one screen for the receptionist to work.
