The Services module is your clinic’s menu of add-on services - things you charge for on top of (or instead of) a plain consultation. Setting these up lets the AI agent quote accurate prices and lets staff bill quickly.
Navigate to Dashboard → Services.
Adding a service
Two ways to add:
Kashfy ships with a searchable catalogue of common clinic services. Pick one and set your price - the Arabic and English names are already filled in.
If a service isn’t in the catalogue, add a bilingual entry from scratch: Arabic name, English name, and price.
Pricing options
For each service, choose:
- Included in visit - no separate charge; the service is covered by the consultation fee
- Custom price (EGP) - a specific price the patient pays on top of the consultation
Edit pricing inline anytime, or remove a service to drop it from your menu.
Mark diagnostic add-ons like ECG or blood pressure as “included in visit” if your consultation fee covers them - it keeps the AI from double-charging patients when they ask about costs.
What the AI does with services
When a patient asks “بعمل ايكو؟” (do you do echocardiograms?) the AI checks this list to answer yes/no and quote the price. If a service isn’t in the list, the AI says it doesn’t offer that service - so add anything you actually do here, even if it’s rare.
Services vs. Lab / Radiology
Services are for clinical procedures done during a doctor visit - dressings, ECG, injections, minor procedures. For lab tests and radiology scans, use the dedicated Lab catalogue and Radiology catalogue instead - they carry extra fields like turnaround time and modality.
